I am Associate Professor at the Department of Business Organizations, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain). My work bridges teaching, research, and international collaboration in the fields of employability, entrepreneurship, skills development, university management, and the internationalization of higher education. I hold a PhD in Business Economics (cum laude, with extraordinary award and international mention) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. At UAM, I teach business organization theory, strategic management, general management, and research methodologies in the MBA program. Currently, I am the principal investigator at UAM for three projects funded with European funds: one on “International Student Mobility, Employability, and Related Personal Outcomes: The Role of Soft Skills”, funded by the Swiss National Foundation, and two projects funded by the Erasmus+ program of the European Commission: “Boost Your International Mobility” (BIM) and “Social Inequalities in International Higher Education” (SEPIA).

 Beyond UAM, I am:

• Coordinator of the UAM research group Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem (E3)
• Coordinator of WG4 on “The Impact of ISM on graduates\\\' careers” at the European Network on International Student Mobility (ENIS).
• Member of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) Madrid team.
• Member of the Interuniversity Institute for Advanced Research on Science and University Assessment (INAECU).
• Rising Star of the EAIE in 2017
• Project evaluator for the Spanish National Agency SEPIE.

My research has been published in high-impact journals and edited volumes, and I am an active participant and speaker in leading international conferences. I have also undertaken research stays at Boston College (USA), Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano (Italy), La Trobe University (Australia), Pace University (USA), and The Hague University of Applied Sciences (Netherlands).
