Abstract

Durante la pandemia de COVID-19, la salud mental de los trabajadores de la salud empeoró debido a los graves factores de riesgo con los que se enfrentaban a diario. Aunque varios estudios abordaron el impacto de esta pandemia en su salud mental, solo unos pocos se centraron en el papel de la regulación emocional.
