Abstract

La obra de Marx constituye una de las aportaciones intelectuales más influyentes de los dos últimos siglos, la cual ha dado lugar a toda una doctrina política y teórico-filosófica, eso que llamamos marxismo, muy heterogénea y con grandes implicaciones prácticas a lo largo del tiempo. En este artículo se pretende indagar sobre el tratamiento de la cuestión penal y punitiva en la obra del autor y reflexionar acerca de sus particularidades y similitudes con otras teorías.
